Pumpkin Pie Pudding with Whipped Cream

Serves 4 in about 10 minutes. The oven brings tsp vanilla and tsp cinnamon together.

Ingredients

• 1 3.4 oz box vanilla pudding mix, instant
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (or homemade)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• Whipped cream (optional garnish)

Method

1. In a mixing bowl, add the pudding mix and the milk. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in the pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Stir thoroughly.
3. Chill, then garnish with whipped cream and serve.
