Peanut Butter Cookies with Sugar
Air fryerServes 18Prep 15 minutes49 minutes

Serves 18 in about 49 minutes. An air fryer recipe with a short method.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ¾ cup sugar (plus more for dusting)
- 1 large egg
Method
- Mix all three ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- With a 1 ½-inch cookie scoop, or heaping tablespoon, scoop the dough onto parchment paper.
- With a fork, press the cookie flat, first one direction, then again from the opposite direction to make a crosshatch pattern on top.
- Line the bottom of your air fryer with parchment paper. Be sure to not have extra parchment paper running up the side of the air fryer or it will get caught by the air and fold over the cookies.
- Set as many cookies in your air fryer as will fit, while giving each cookie a half inch of space.
- Set your air fryer at 370° F and cook them for 4 minutes. Then let them rest in the air fryer for another 4 minutes before removing to a rack.
- Scatter with some sugar while still hot (optional). Then use a spatula to move to a plate to cool.
- Repeat until you've used up your batter. Enjoy!
