Whipped Feta Spread with Tbsp Olive Oil

Serves 8 in about 10 minutes. The pot starts with cream cheese.

Ingredients

• 6 oz feta cheese
• 2 oz cream cheese
• 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin

Method

1. Stir in cheeses to a food processor and pulse a few times to combine.
2. Stir in the olive oil and process for 1-2 minutes, until light and creamy.
